Ms. Vosko oversees DAI Asset Management’s impact measurement and management (IMM) platform, driving the integration of impact considerations across fund strategy, investment due diligence, portfolio management, impact data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. She established DAI-AM’s impact practice in 2023 and served as chief architect of the firm’s impact framework, the Pyramid of Intentionality.
Prior to joining DAI-AM in 2019, Ms. Vosko worked at the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (now GPCA), a global industry organization representing private capital fund managers and institutional investors who collectively manage more than USD$2 trillion in assets. At EMPEA, Ms. Vosko managed programs that sought to facilitate dialogue around deals driving returns and impact across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets, spanning industries including tech, healthcare, fintech, housing, and renewable energy. Ms. Vosko also managed initiatives that showcased EMPEA’s research and data products, while orchestrating high-level meetings with members and industry partners worldwide.
Ms. Vosko is a native of Bangkok, Thailand. She has BA from The New School and is fluent in Thai, English, and Lao.
