Privacy Policy

DAI Asset Management, LLC (“DAI-AM” “Us,” or “We”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits www.daiassetmanagement.com (our “Website”). The following Privacy Policy outlines the information DAI-AM may collect and how we may use that information when you visit our Website.

Cookies

Our website uses Pardot and Google Analytics cookies to track information by automated means. We do not use cookies to record personal data about you. Cookies are files that websites send to your computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings on your device. They are able to track information about the actions you take on our website such as pages viewed, links clicked, downloads, time spent on pages, etc. You, the user, have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your internet browser, you may deactivate or restrict the transfer of cookies. You may delete saved cookies at any time, as well as deactivate the creation of pseudonymized user profiles by configuring your browser settings to reject cookies.

How Do We Collect Your Data?

DAI-AM does not collect personal information, such as name or email addresses through our website.

DAI-AM does utilize Pardot, a marketing automation tool from Salesforce to help us improve our email and webservices, as well as optimize our website content. The data tracked through Pardot helps us find out what topics you are interested in by tracking which links you click on, which pages you visit, and how much time is spent on those pages, for example.

Pardot utilizes two types of cookies to track activity: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and are only stored on your computer when browsing the website. As soon as the browsing session ends, the cookie disappears. Session cookies are used to remember your browsing behavior during the session, e.g., remembering choices made on a previous page. Persistent cookies will stay on your device even after the browsing session has ended. A persistent cookie will remain on the device for a set period of time and will be activated every time you revisit www.daiassetmanagement.com.

In addition to Pardot cookies, daiassetmanagement.com utilizes first-party cookies from Google Analytics in order to help us evaluate and improve the activity on our website. To learn more about Google Analytics and the cookies collected, please click here.
